The Story of Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu

Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu was born in Kyoto with a clear purpose: to share the deliciousness of Gyukatsu with the world.

In a city known for its deep respect for culinary tradition, the founders set out to elevate a simple idea. A perfectly prepared beef cutlet. Crisp, light, and rich with flavour.

From its first restaurant in Kyoto, Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu quickly captured the hearts of diners who appreciated the balance of simplicity and craftsmanship. Today, the brand continues to grow internationally while staying true to the philosophy that shaped its beginnings.
